Reservations and Cancellations
Reservations
Please note that we require credit or debit card details upon booking in order to secure your appointment. Alternatively you can pay for your treatment in full at the time of booking. All packages and hen party bookings are payable in advance at the time of booking.
Payment
We accept cash and all major debit and credit cards except American Express. Body & Soul does not accept cheques. Card payments must be over £10.00.
Deposits
We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment. Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance with the Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation Policy
As courtesy to other clients and your therapist we require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment. All appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice will incur a fee of 50%. All missed appointments will be charged at full treatment price. All packages require a minimum of 72 hours to avoid charges.
