Appointments

Please allow plenty of time for your treatment. We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment and that you leave yourself some time afterwards to relax in our tranquil surroundings.

Late arrival will result in shortened treatment time. Treatments will be charged at full price.

Children

To respect our relaxing environment and also to comply with current health and safety regulations, we request that children and babies are not brought into the salon.

Courses

All courses must be paid in full at time of booking and are non-refundable. They are only for the individual and must be completed within 6 months. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course.

Gift Vouchers

Available for treatments and products, vouchers are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of your treatment. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Our expert team will be happy to assist you if you need advice.

Mobile Phones

As courtesy to other clients and to further enhance your own relaxation at Body & Soul, we request that mobile phones are switched off during your time with us.

Gratuities

If you have had a pleasant and enjoyable experience with us then gratuities are accepted. Individual therapists will receive all of their own gratuities.

Health and Safety

Upon arrival a medical questionnaire must be completed for first time clients so please do allow extra time for this before your treatment.
